EDELFLOWER
Nojae is a flower liqueur, made with elderflowers. Nojae is made in small batches looking for the highest quality elderflowers that when in contact with water will release all their delicate perfume, flavour and essence. Pure distillate is added in specific portions to the resulting maceration and cane sugar is slowly incorporated along with other flowers and fruits to achieve the final product full of fresh citrus and soft floral notes. Absolutely captivating.

Its light and floral nature makes it an ideal companion for all white distillates.
Tasting notes
Nose: Floral and pleasantly sweet notes. Lychee, pear, a touch of citrus that brings freshness.
Palate: Silky and smooth. Delicately sweet with all the complexity of floral and fruit notes (pear, lychee, pineapple..). Citrus notes add complexity
Final: Fresh and delicate, yet complex and persistent.
